The transmission rate for Lycoming County is HIGH! The COVID pandemic continues. There have been multiple staff COVID
cases in September. There are NO COVID
red units at this time.
Please review the parameters listed below prior to
visiting and share with family and friends.
- Do not visit if you are ill or
have been exposed to COVID-19!
- (TWO) 2 visitors per resident for in room
visits
- No visitors may enter the Bistro or the
Beauty shop nor stand in the nursing unit areas
- Groups of three (3) or more visitors will need
to visit in a designated area; please call ahead to discuss.
- The Courtyard is open; must inquire with front
desk for access; please social distance; if not, you must wear a mask
- Visits do not need to be scheduled and may occur
any day of the week and length of visit is not restricted.
- If visiting before or after the time of
reception desk hours, please ring the bell to the right of the main entrance
door to gain entrance.
- All visitors must screen in at the kiosk PRIOR
to your visit and SIGN OUT when leaving the facility – Please ask for
assistance when exiting the building.
- MUST WEAR THE NAME TAG THAT YOU RECEIVE AT KIOSK
SCREENING.
- Surgical masks are available at the front
desk and need to be used for the duration of your visit.
- Visits may occur ONLY in the resident room or
lobby area for visitors. Open common areas may be used-please adhere to the
round social distancing signs on the floor
- If chairs are needed for room visits, please
inquire with the front desk
- Must socially distance, always wear appropriate Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE), pull privacy curtain in the room, and
may not walk the halls.
- Please respect mealtimes ? 7:00 a.m. ? 9:00
a.m., 11:00 a.m. ? 1:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- No visitors may enter the Bistro; please wait in
the resident room or in the lobby area
- Children under 5 years of age should visit in
the lobby area.
Please keep in mind the COVID risks when taking
residents outside the facility on a Leave of Absence (LOA)
or social outing. Please notify the Therapy
Department for LOA training!

with your COVID-19 vaccines if you have completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary
series and received the most recent booster dose recommended for you by the CDC.
